Lemon Basil Artichokes with Pasta

1 package Melissa's Steamed Artichokes
1/4 lb spaghetti, cooked
1.5 oz pine nuts, slightly toasted
1/2 shallot, thinly sliced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 Tbsp minced basil
kosher salt, to taste
freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine artichokes, spaghetti, pine nuts and shallot in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together lemon zest, juice, basil, salt and pepper.
- Add the mixture to the pasta bowl, toss and serve.
